With our list of preferred vendors, we will help to coordinate and execute your dream wedding. From day one to your grand exit, we will be there to help with an unlimited contact policy!
Rather than day-of coordination, this service allows us to meet several times leading up to your wedding to allow for a seamless day. Contact is initiated 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding, which allows us to craft your unique wedding binder and send it back for review. We typically plan to arrive 4 hours prior to your ceremony time and offer a total of 8 hours of coverage. Extra time may be requested at an additional cost.
If you are planning a party, baby shower, bridal shower, or corporate event, look no further for a coordinator! We will help to set up/decorate, coordinate other vendors, and any other needs that are required for your event. Package prices vary based on time commitment and event size.
The perfect addition to any event is an experienced bartender (or two)! Most venues require RAMP certifications, which we can happily provide! We also carry both general and liquor liability insurance.
No hourly requirement to book!
What we provide: bar mats, bar menu signs, shakers, openers, pourers, and any other essential bar items!
Cups and ice can be provided at an additional cost.
